Bourbon & BBQ Night at Tremont 647!!

The weather is amazing, we’re full tilt into BBQ season, and Tremont 647’s patio is open! Thoughts outdoor picnics, roof deck parties and backyard BBQ’s are in the forefront of our thoughts all summer, and what better way to end the season than with a delicious Bourbon & BBQ Dinner at Tremont 647!

On Monday, October 13th, beginning at 6:00pm Tremont 647 will be hosting a fun and festive BBQ & Bourbon Dinner featuring the award-winning BBQ of famed Chef/Owner Andy Husbands, and an assortment of smoky and delicious Bourbons from Future Brands!

The evening will begin with a Passed Appetizer and Bourbon Cocktail reception, where Chef Husbands will be preparing sumptuous BBQ nibbles like Fresh Corn and Oyster Fritters with Tabasco aioli, North Carolina Pulled Pork Sliders with carrot slaw, and Crisped Zucchini Bread with crawfish-bacon butter. Following the reception, Andy will cooking up a 4-Course BBQ Feast, featuring offerings like Blackened Catfish with corn chow chow, Local Tomato Salad with buttermilk ranch and cornbread croutons, and Family Style “White Rubbed Chicken, Fiery Wings and Memphis Dry Rubbed then Glazed Ribs, all accompanied by the traditional bbq fixin’s of cornbread, coleslaw, bbq’d beans, collards and cheddar biscuits. And DON’T forget about dessert! Andy’s whipping up some Maine Blueberry Bread Pudding with Knob Creek brown sugared bananas & peanuts! (full menu to follow)

As the dinner begins, Future Brands will be leading all guests through a Bourbon Tasting, teaching diners the distinctions between a selection of delicious Bourbons, and Tremont 647’s Master Mixologists will also be putting together a stellar list of Bourbon Cocktails, which will all be available for purchase throughout the dinner. Try a Mint Julep, a Bourbon Belle, a classic Sazerac, or even a 1794.
